Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that identified by scaly plaques resulted by hyperproliferation of keratinocytes. Most patients are not serious enough to affect general health and are treated in the outpatient setting. Psoriasis patients were shown infiltration of CD4 and CD8 positive T cell, increasing cytokine production by keratinocytes and stimulating Th17 cells.
